Fit an existing signature image inside your chosen dimensions and KB limit. White padding preserves proportions by default; no stretching or account required.
Check before submitting. No guarantee of portal acceptance, identity-photo compliance or lossless compression to any arbitrary size. PNG output also uses a white background. No automatic background removal or face retouching.
Choose a JPG or PNG of your signature.
Copy the required dimensions and maximum KB from the application instructions.
Check that no strokes are clipped, then download.
Width and height describe the image dimensions. KB describes the encoded file size. Changing one does not guarantee the other will fit. This tool checks the actual output dimensions and byte count, rather than changing the extension or padding the file to a fake size.
Fit all keeps the entire image with white padding when the aspect ratios differ. Fill frame crops edges without stretching. Signature strokes should not be cropped; use Fit all and inspect the preview. For an identity photo, follow the current official composition and background instructions, not a generic preset.
Detailed images and lossless PNG files may not reach a small KB target at the requested dimensions. Choose JPG when the form allows it. Smaller dimensions are only used if you explicitly allow them. There is no promise that every input can reach every limit with readable output.
